FBR authorized to use confiscated luxury vehicles above 1800cc

Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue has been authorized to utilize confiscated luxury vehicles above 1800cc to improve government asset management and operational efficiency. Officials stated that these vehicles, previously idle after seizure in tax-related cases, will now be deployed for official use to reduce unnecessary expenditure on new procurements. The move is part of broader reforms aimed at optimizing public resources and ensuring better financial discipline. Analysts believe that effective utilization of confiscated assets can help lower administrative costs and promote transparency in government operations. Authorities emphasized that such measures reflect a shift towards efficient governance and improved resource management practices.
