Lahore: Managing Director WASA Ghufran Ahmed chaired an important meeting to review revenue recovery and operational performance in Ganj Bakhsh Town. The meeting reviewed activities in Anarkali, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Islampura and Ravi Road. He directed officials to complete ward-wise revenue surveys, identify defaulters and achieve 100 percent revenue recovery. He also ordered action against defaulters without discrimination and instructed staff to improve financial performance. The MD directed officials to resolve public complaints on time, speed up sewerage cleaning and desilting, and ensure proper monitoring of field operations. He warned that strict action would be taken against officers and staff showing negligence in their duties.
