Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has launched new residential and commercial plots in Pine Executive and Pine Axes within LDA City, with December 3, 2026, set as the last date to apply for balloting.LDA Director General Tahir Farooq visited both project sites and reviewed the progress of ongoing development work.According to the authority’s briefing, Pine Axes is being developed as a new commercial centre along Pine Avenue. In its first phase, 8-marla and 2-kanal commercial plots have been introduced.Meanwhile, Pine Executive offers one-kanal residential plots for people interested in building homes within LDA City.The plots will be allotted through balloting scheduled for December 10, 2026, with a payment plan spread over two years.Interested applicants can submit their applications online through the LDA website before the December 3 deadline.During his visit, DG LDA Tahir Farooq also reviewed ongoing infrastructure development, land acquisition and other matters related to LDA City. Although plots have been launched for applications, this does not mean that all development work is complete or that immediate possession has been confirmed.
