Dubai: The luxury hotel St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is scheduled to reopen on November 1, 2026, following an extensive six-month refurbishment. Located on Palm Jumeirah, the five-star property confirmed its reopening date through its official Marriott website, while the announcement was reported on October 23.
The hotel temporarily suspended accommodation, spa services and several other facilities from April 12, 2026, to carry out renovation work. During the closure, the lobby lounge and St. Regis Bar continued operating, while other parts of the property were unavailable to hotel guests.
The refurbishment includes a redesigned St. Regis Bar, inspired by the brand’s New York heritage, with updated interiors and live piano entertainment. The hotel is also preparing to resume its spa and dining experiences, including Cordelia, RÜYA and St. Regis Gardens. The property features 264 guest rooms and 26 suites, along with its signature personalised butler service.
The reopening is planned ahead of Dubai’s winter tourism season and will restore a major luxury accommodation option on Palm Jumeirah. However, November 1 remains the announced reopening date until hotel operations resume, and the total refurbishment cost has not been publicly disclosed.
