Islamabad: Shifa International Hospital has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first hospital in the world to simultaneously hold Joint Commission International (JCI) Clinical Care Program Certifications for both Acute Ischemic Stroke and Acute Coronary Syndrome. This recognition came after a rigorous evaluation of its patient care processes from emergency treatment to recovery. JCI accreditation is considered one of the highest international standards for healthcare quality and patient safety.
