Sharjah Completes AED30 Million Al Hisn Island Bridge in Dibba Al Hisn

Sharjah: The Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has completed the Al Hisn Island Bridge in Dibba Al Hisn at a cost exceeding AED30 million. The 54-metre bridge crosses the Dibba Al Hisn waterway and connects both sides of Al Hisn Island, improving entry, exit and overall traffic movement. The project also includes a 320-metre dual carriageway connecting the island’s internal roundabout with the external roundabout on Dibba Al Hisn Beach Road. The road features two lanes in each direction, a central median and pedestrian walkways. SRTA said the project is designed to improve road safety and mobility while supporting residential, commercial, healthcare, tourism and leisure developments taking shape on the island.
