Ajman records AED1.65bn real estate transactions in July as investor activity stays strong

Ajman: The emirate’s real estate market recorded 1,517 property transactions worth AED1.65 billion in July, reflecting continued activity across residential and investment segments. Of the total, 1,296 were trading transactions valued at AED1.08 billion, while 138 mortgage deals reached AED341 million. Ajman Uptown emerged as the most-traded project, followed by Ajman One and Emirates City, while Al Helio 2 recorded the highest neighbourhood trading activity. The biggest individual transaction was worth AED22.5 million in Al Jurf Industrial 1. The figures indicate sustained investor confidence and growing interest in Ajman as a more accessible UAE property market.
