Lahore: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi conducted a surprise late-night visit at around 2 AM to the Shimla Pahari NADRA Centre to review operations and assess public service delivery. During the inspection, he interacted with citizens, listened to complaints about delays and administrative issues, and observed on-ground workflows. Officials accompanied him as he directed improvements to enhance efficiency and citizen facilitation. This development under the Governance & Policy Cluster highlights a Metropolitan focus on improving public service performance and accountability.
