Nakheel begins handover of 892 homes at Jebel Ali Village in Dubai

Dubai: Nakheel has begun handing over 892 homes at Jebel Ali Village, marking a major milestone for the low-density residential community near Sheikh Zayed Road. The development has been designed around family-oriented living, with landscaped parks, swimming pools, open spaces and community amenities forming part of the project. Its location near one of Dubai’s main transport corridors also strengthens connectivity to key business and lifestyle districts. The start of handovers signals a transition from construction to occupancy and could further support demand for established family-focused communities in Dubai’s residential market.
