Maryam Nawaz highlights Punjab’s new development era

Muhammad Muzamil Awan:Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif met members of the assembly, who appreciated ongoing development and beautification projects across the province. The meeting highlighted road construction, street expansion, drainage, clean water schemes, model village projects, rural sanitation under Suthra Punjab, and repair and expansion of 13,000 roads. Maryam Nawaz said Punjab has entered a new era of development, while also pointing to health reforms, cancer hospital plans, Nawaz Sharif Medical City, autism school, cardiology facilities, stroke management centers, electric buses, Apni Chhat Apna Ghar housing scheme and agriculture support projects. These initiatives can improve public services, housing access, infrastructure quality and investor confidence. Will this reshape Punjab’s urban and rural development future?
