LDA begins 2.3km dual road project on Kamahan Lidher Road

Muhammad Muzamil Awan: Lahore: Under the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for balanced development, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has initiated construction of a 2.3-kilometer dual carriageway on Kamahan Lidher Road. The area had long awaited infrastructure upgrades, and the project is expected to benefit thousands of daily commuters by improving connectivity and traffic flow. Officials, including DG LDA Tahir Farooq and Vice Chairman Mian Marghoob, have directed teams to accelerate progress and ensure transparency in execution. In a high-level meeting, authorities emphasized timely completion of all ongoing LDA projects to enhance urban mobility and support sustainable city development.
