LDA seals 168 illegal commercial properties in citywide operation

Muhammad Muzamil Awan: Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has intensified its crackdown against illegal commercial activities, sealing 168 properties across multiple areas of the city. The operation targeted violations in PCSIR Society, College Road, Naz Town, UET Society, Gulberg, Faisal Town, Canal Road, Gulshan Ravi, and Allama Iqbal Town. Officials stated that properties were sealed due to illegal commercial use and non-payment of commercial fees. The sealed units include private banks, schools, colleges, academies, bakeries, pharmacies, salons, clinics, shops, and offices. The operation was conducted under the supervision of senior town planning officials. Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to continue strict, indiscriminate actions against violators.
