LDA Announces Lucky Draw Date for Residential and Commercial Plots

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has scheduled the computerized lucky draw for its residential and commercial plots scheme on 24th February 2026. The draw will offer citizens an opportunity to secure property in several approved housing projects on an installment basis. Plots from five LDA schemes will be included in the ballot, ranging from 3-marla to 1-kanal in both residential and commercial categories. The process is described as transparent and fully automated. Applicants can purchase plots with fixed prices and refundable application fees. Successful applicants will be eligible for easy installment plans. Interested buyers are advised to submit applications before the closing date for inclusion in the lucky draw.
