Lahore’s RUDA Chahar Bagh Grand Entrance Reaches Final Construction Stage

Lahore: The grand entrance of RUDA’s Chahar Bagh housing project is reportedly nearing completion, according to a development update shared by Direct Deal Realtors. The update highlights progress on the main entrance gate, one of the most visible features of the Chahar Bagh residential development. Chahar Bagh is a project of the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), located near Lahore’s Ring Road. The project combines residential and commercial development with architectural design inspired by the traditional Mughal-era concept of four gardens. RUDA has also published official procurement documents for the construction of the Chahar Bagh Phase-I entrance gate and related road-level improvements, confirming that the entrance is part of the authority’s development programme. The latest promotional update indicates that the gate’s construction is in its final stages. However, an official completion certificate, exact construction percentage and opening date have not been independently confirmed. Once completed and opened, the grand entrance is expected to improve the project’s main access and strengthen its visual identity. The progress of the entrance gate should not be confused with completion of the entire Chahar Bagh housing project or confirmation of plot possession.
