Lahore’s Nishtar Park Sports Complex nears opening of five new padel courts

Lahore: Padel tennis is rapidly gaining popularity among young people, and in response to this growing interest, five new padel courts have been developed at Nishtar Park Sports Complex in Lahore. Officials say construction work on the courts has been completed, while finishing work is currently in progress. The project has been completed at an estimated cost of Rs. 200 million, and the new facility is expected to become operational by the end of the current month. The development is seen as an important addition to the city’s sports infrastructure, offering modern recreational space for youth and families. Improved sports facilities can also enhance surrounding urban appeal, public activity, and commercial value. Will this project encourage a stronger sports culture in Lahore?
