Residents said the standing water has turned streets into ponds and has started entering homes, creating fears of damage to household belongings. The situation has also disrupted daily movement, as motorcycles, cars, and heavy traffic are struggling to pass through waterlogged roads, with some vehicles reportedly stalling.
