Lahore Gets Its First 180kW EV Fast-Charging Station

Lahore: The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has inaugurated the city’s first 180kW Electric Vehicle (EV) fast-charging station on Shami Road. This marks a major step towards promoting green transport and supporting electric vehicles in Punjab. The high-power charger will significantly reduce charging time for EVs. Officials say more such stations will be established across Lahore and other major cities to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles.
