Health minister orders inquiry after China Scheme fire tragedy

Muhammad Muzamil Awan : Lahore: Provincial Health and Population Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir visited China Scheme following a tragic fire incident that claimed the lives of children. He inspected the site and expressed deep sorrow over the حادثہ, directing authorities to take strict and impartial action against those responsible. The minister stated that, on the directions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, a full inquiry will be conducted and findings will be presented at the earliest. He also met the grieving family and assured them of full support, while confirming that the injured child is receiving the best possible medical care. Orders were issued to arrest the scrap warehouse owner and register a case, with strict action against illegal operations and SOP violations.
