Gujar Khan: New Metro City Gujar Khan says possession has begun in its Fairways Fountain Block, marking a new development stage for property holders in the block. Earlier promotional updates from the developer had announced that possession was “starting soon,” while the project’s latest social-media material now states that possession has begun. The development milestone could allow eligible property holders to move toward physical possession and subsequent construction, subject to the project’s applicable terms and regulatory requirements. Separately, investors should note that the Rawalpindi Development Authority stated on July 23, 2026, that New Metro City is not an RDA-approved housing scheme.
