Dubai: Real estate developer LMD has announced the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, an 87-storey, 400-metre commercial skyscraper planned along Sheikh Zayed Road. The development is being positioned as Dubai’s tallest commercial tower upon completion, with delivery targeted for the second quarter of 2031.
Developed in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation descendant of the American Rockefeller family, the project marks the brand’s first real estate development. The tower will feature 332 freehold office units across four premium categories, along with five floors of business and lifestyle facilities.
The planned development will include restaurants, wellness centres, swimming pools, business lounges, meeting facilities and more than 1,100 parking spaces. Located between the Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro stations, it will offer access to Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Devmark has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing partner.
