Dubai Launches Dh30 Billion Mercedes-Benz Branded City

Dubai has unveiled one of its largest real estate projects with the launch of a Dh30 billion Mercedes-Benz branded city in Meydan, developed by Binghatti. Known as Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the masterplanned development will span over 10 million square feet in Nad Al Sheba near Meydan. The project will feature 12 residential towers centered around a 341-metre landmark structure called the “Vision Iconic.” More than 13,000 residential units are planned, ranging from studios to luxury penthouses, with starting prices from Dh1.6 million. The development is designed as a “city within a city,” integrating residential living with retail, wellness, sports, entertainment, green spaces, and electric-vehicle mobility infrastructure, setting a new benchmark for branded urban living in Dubai.
