The masterplan introduces waterfront homes, canal-front residences, green spaces, cultural zones, and live-work communities aimed at creative professionals, families, and investors. Designed as a pedestrian-first, integrated urban neighbourhood, the project includes the Design Line, a shaded walkway connecting the district.
