Dubai-based developer Meraas has unveiled a major residential expansion at Dubai Design District (d3), spanning 18 million square feet between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek. The masterplan introduces waterfront homes, canal-front residences, green spaces, cultural zones, and live-work communities aimed at creative professionals, families, and investors. Designed as a pedestrian-first, integrated urban neighbourhood, the project includes the Design Line, a shaded walkway connecting the district. Targeting LEED Silver certification, the development emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency.
