Arada Launches $5 Billion Real Estate Investment Platform in UAE

UAE-based developer Arada has launched Arada Capital, a $5 billion real estate investment platform headquartered in Abu Dhabi Global Market. The platform enables institutional and qualified investors to access Arada’s property development pipeline and GCC-wide real estate opportunities. Initially focused on property investments, Arada Capital plans to expand into infrastructure and other private market assets. This initiative signals Arada’s strategic shift from pure property development to fund and asset management, aiming to attract global investors and grow its presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider region.
