He also ordered strict implementation of sanitation beat plans and regular attendance of field workers. On Nowshera Road, Naveed Ahmad inspected road restoration following the sewerage-system upgrade and directed WASA officials to complete the project within the given deadline while minimizing inconvenience to commuters during reconstruction. The city administration has also intensified sanitation monitoring across markets, streets and residential neighbourhoods.
