Lahore: Almannan Developers has announced the launch of Boulevard 1, a new mixed-use real-estate project on Main Raiwind Road. According to the developer’s launch material, the project will offer both commercial and residential spaces and is being marketed around its Main Boulevard-facing location.
Almannan Developers is a Lahore-based property developer and builder operating in residential and commercial real estate. Its official website lists several Lahore projects, although Boulevard 1 had not yet appeared on the company’s main public project portfolio at the time of this check, which is consistent with it being a newly announced launch.
The supplied announcement confirms a launch ceremony, but it does not establish that physical construction has started. No independently verifiable construction start date, completion timeline, possession date, unit sizes or detailed payment plan was found in the public sources reviewed.
A project-specific LDA approval, sanctioned building plan or NOC for Boulevard 1 could also not be independently located in the LDA public material searched. Almannan’s general website says its projects are approved by relevant authorities, but that broad statement should not be treated as project-specific approval for Boulevard 1 without supporting documentation.
