Sialkot: Etihad Town says development is progressing across Blocks A, B, C and the Executive Block of its housing project on Main Sialkot–Daska Road. Its official project page describes a planned residential and commercial community, but provides no dated completion percentage or block-wise delivery schedule.
A developer press release published on September 28, 2026, also reported residential plot possession, following commercial possession in January. These handovers should not be treated as confirmation that every block, utility or advertised facility is complete and operational.
