Lahore: Al-Kabir Developers has announced a new residential offering named Park Enclave within Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 on Raiwind Road. According to the developer’s event update, Chairman Chaudhry Aurangzeb presided over the launch gathering attended by company representatives and real-estate dealers.
Al-Kabir’s official website confirms that Phase 2 is located opposite Lake City on Raiwind Road and already includes multiple residential and commercial blocks. However, Park Enclave itself is a newly introduced developer offer. Its final plot sizes, payment plan, detailed map, possession schedule and current on-ground development status were not available on the developer’s main Phase 2 page during this review. The company’s website says all Phase 2 blocks received LDA approval in 2019, but a Park Enclave-specific approval document was not independently located. Alkabir Developer
Claims about a large signature park, block-level facilities and easy access to schools, hospitals and commercial areas currently come from the developer’s launch material and should be treated as planned features until individually verified.
