Job Description
The Urban Unit is inviting applications for the position of Senior Engineer / Senior Project Coordinator under the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar ACAG Program. This initiative of the Chief Minister Punjab supports affordable housing across the province through physical verification of plot locations identification of applicants or borrowers and verification of construction progress of houses.
The selected candidate will support coordination of field and project teams while managing technical reporting progress verification and administrative follow up. The role requires multidisciplinary qualification background and the ability to work with project staff Junior Engineers and related teams for effective implementation of program activities.
Responsibilities
Collect social data of loanees and manage phone based coordination with beneficiaries
Create and maintain databases and support complaint management
Collect verifiable income details and land cost information
Coordinate with Junior Engineers and project teams for effective execution of field and project activities
Manage attendance of Junior Engineers for timely salary disbursement of salaried team members and consultants
Collect review supervise and verify periodic progress reports submitted by project staff
Monitor daily progress of engineers and field activities
Verify all online visit submissions by Junior Engineers
Prepare daily progress reports of field activities as per targets
Requirements
BSc or BE in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field from HEC recognized university
Candidates with BBA MBA Urban Planning Architecture Social Sciences Pure Sciences Finance CA HR or related disciplines are also eligible as per portal listing
Minimum 10 year of relevant experience
PEC registration academic requirement or related professional registration required where applicable
Foreign qualified and higher degree holders will be preferred
Punjab domicile required
