Severe road damage and sewage issues disrupt life in Lahore’s Chung Amarsadhu

Lahore: Residents of Chung Amarsadhu are facing severe difficulties due to damaged roads and poor sewage conditions, with rainwater and dirty water accumulating in multiple areas. The stagnant water has led to foul smell, mosquito breeding, and increased health risks in the locality. Citizens reported that the issue has persisted for three to four years without effective action from authorities, worsening significantly after rainfall. Pedestrians, motorcyclists, and drivers are struggling to move through the area, affecting daily routines. Locals have urged the district administration to immediately repair the road, improve the drainage system, and ensure proper water disposal to restore basic living conditions.
