Etihad Town issues scam alert over fake Phase V map

Lahore: Etihad Town management has issued a public alert regarding the circulation of a fake map of Phase V in the property market. Authorities clarified that the shared layout is not officially approved and warned investors and buyers to verify all information through official channels before making any transactions. The management stated that it will not be responsible for losses caused by misleading or unauthorized documents being circulated. Real estate experts emphasized that such incidents highlight the importance of due diligence and verification in property dealings. Buyers have been advised to rely only on verified maps and official announcements to avoid fraud and ensure secure investments.
