Sania Ashiq highlights inclusion and support for autistic children on World Autism Day

Punjab: Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sania Ashiq shared a message on World Autism Day, emphasizing awareness, inclusion and support for children with autism. She stated that autism is not a disease but a different way of experiencing the world, and society must understand and accept these children with dignity. She paid tribute to mothers who dedicate their lives to caring for their autistic children. Officials highlighted that under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, initiatives like the Maryam Nawaz School and Resource Center for Autism are providing free therapies and treatment. Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to integrating special children into society based on their rights, ensuring equal opportunities and a supportive environment.
