Rs1.47 billion Azeempura Flyover project launched in Karachi

Karachi: Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab has laid the foundation stone for the Rs1.47 billion Azeempura Flyover project in Shah Faisal Colony. The 700-meter-long flyover will provide a grade-separated route, allowing vehicles to move without stopping at traffic signals. The project will directly connect Shah Faisal Colony with Shahrah-i-Bhutto and is expected to be completed within 100 days. Officials say the development will ease traffic congestion in Karachi’s eastern corridor and benefit commuters traveling from residential and industrial areas such as Korangi and the airport corridor. Authorities believe the project will significantly reduce travel time and improve overall transportation efficiency in the city.
