LDA Announces Plot Balloting Schedule on Easy Installments

The Lahore Development Authority has announced the schedule for computerized balloting of residential and commercial plots to be held on 24 February 2026. Plots in Johar Town, LDA City, China Scheme Gujjarpura, Sabzazar, and Mohlanwal will be offered on easy installments. Applicants can pay in 12 equal installments over three years, allowing buyers to secure fully developed plots at today’s prices. The scheme includes a range of residential and commercial plot sizes across multiple blocks. Forms can be submitted online via the LDA mobile app and website, as well as at Citizen Facilitation Centers. The last date to apply is 11 February, while successful applicants opting for lump-sum payment will receive a 5% discount.
