WAADA Takes Shape as Construction Moves Across Key Projects

Dubai: Construction is progressing across multiple parts of WAADA by BT Properties in Dubai South, including Altura towers, Cascada, Raiha villas, Rayhan townhouses and community facilities. According to the October 2026 developer update, Altura 1 has completed shoring and piling, with excavation continuing for the next foundation stage. At Altura 2, waterproofing and Zone A raft works are progressing, while Cascada 1 has completed Zone A raft casting and works are continuing in Zones B and C.
Progress is also reported across the villa and townhouse neighbourhoods. Foundation and slab works are underway for Raiha villas, while first-floor and roof slabs, blockwork and mock-up interior finishes are advancing at Rayhan townhouses. The developer also reports continuing work at Masjid-e-Rafi and says its 2-bedroom show apartment is complete, while studio, 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom show units are nearing completion at the Dubai South Sales Center.
