According to Al Maroof Developers & Builders, these works form part of its plan to develop Urban Oasis as a modern residential community with improved road connectivity, recreational areas and community facilities.
Public records confirm Al-Maroof Developer & Builders appears in an FBR developer/project registration list. However, the record located during research relates to another Bahawalpur project, Al-Haider City, and does not independently establish Urban Oasis’s regulatory approval or NOC status.
