UAE’s Al Ain Clock Roundabout Gets New Look with 80-Metre Arches

Al Ain: The UAE’s iconic Al Ain Clock Roundabout has been redesigned with a fresh modern look that combines Emirati heritage with contemporary urban design. Originally established in nineteen seventy, the landmark now features illuminated eighty-metre arches and a suspended four-faced clock inspired by OMEGA’s Constellation collection. The upgrade also includes improved roads, wider pedestrian walkways, cycling tracks and modern lighting to enhance mobility and the overall cityscape. The project reflects Al Ain’s broader vision of preserving historic identity while embracing modern development, ensuring that one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks remains a strong symbol for future generations.
