Lahore: Titanium Tower in Bahria Town Lahore has reached another visible construction milestone, with developer-linked Titanium Agency confirming that the project’s first lintel has been successfully installed. The update was published on August 25, 2026, as structural work continues on the mixed-use development in Tipu Block, Sector F.
The project is planned to combine studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with commercial shops and showrooms, along with parking, elevators, security, power backup and other building services. Titanium Agency currently advertises a 30-month payment plan, while selected apartment bookings are marketed from around Rs550,000.
The latest milestone confirms physical progress, but the tower remains under construction and should not be portrayed as completed or ready for possession.
