Suthra Punjab drive clears hotspots in Data Ganj Bakhsh Town

Muhammad Muzamil Awan : Lahore: A large-scale cleanliness operation is underway in Data Ganj Bakhsh Town under the “Suthra Punjab” campaign, with over 2,000 workers and 350 operational vehicles deployed in the field. Authorities have cleared more than 20 garbage hotspots and open plots, while cleanliness activities continue at key locations including Secretariat, Data Darbar, Lakshmi Chowk, and Chauburji. The Shadman collection point is being maintained as zero-waste on a daily basis. Lahore Waste Management Company teams have been assigned specific targets to ensure efficient sanitation across the city. Officials stated that the campaign is being implemented in line with the Chief Minister’s vision to maintain a clean and healthy urban environment.
