Punjab CM Orders Public Heatwave Precautions

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed authorities to provide cool water and shaded areas at public locations amid the ongoing heatwave. Bus stops, railway stations, and wagon stands will be equipped with drinking water, fans, and coolers for passengers. Citizens are advised to avoid unnecessary outdoor exposure, and special care should be taken for women, children, and senior citizens to prevent heat-related risks.
