Peshawar’s University Road Gets a New Commercial Magnet with Saif Glorious Mall

Peshawar: Saif Glorious Mall has emerged on Main University Road, Tahkal Payan, Peshawar as a mixed-use commercial and residential project by Saif Group. The developer describes it as a modern destination that brings shops, offices, food and entertainment together under one roof, while its project page lists features such as restaurants and cafés, a food court, high-speed elevators and three basement parking floors. According to Saif Group’s official material, the project includes a 16-storey structure with commercial shops from lower ground to the 3rd floor, residential apartments from the 4th to the 13th floor, and exclusive penthouses on the 14th floor. The developer also states that the mall’s grand opening was celebrated on 19, 20 and 21 June 2026, showing that the project has moved beyond the planning stage and is now being positioned as an active commercial destination on University Road.
