Recent site material shows townhouse structures, internal roads and construction activity taking shape within the precinct. The developer had earlier held an earth-breaking ceremony for the Smart Townhouses in May 2026, indicating that the project has moved from launch into the construction phase. BSM Developers markets the development as a modern residential concept focused on planned communities and technology-enabled living. However, its promotional description of these units as “Pakistan’s first Smart Townhouses” remains a developer claim and could not be independently established as a national first from authoritative records reviewed.
