Lahore: Development work on the River Embankment, also referred to as the 300 Ft Road, is progressing at New Metro City Lahore, according to the project’s promotional update. The road is being developed as an important new access route and gateway intended to strengthen connectivity within and around the housing project. Improved road infrastructure could make movement more convenient for residents and visitors while supporting access to different parts of the development. From a real estate perspective, stronger connectivity and improved accessibility can support the attractiveness of surrounding residential and commercial areas; however, any impact on property values will depend on completion, accessibility, market conditions and other project factors.
