Jinnah Apartments Moves Closer to Possession as Construction Accelerates

Lahore: Construction work at Jinnah Apartments by Al-Kabir Developers is moving forward, with the developer indicating that a possession announcement is expected soon. The latest project update shows continuing structural and finishing activity as the apartment development moves closer to its next delivery stage. Al-Kabir Developers already has an established apartment and commercial-development footprint along Raiwind Road, including Al Kabir Apartments Phase II and Jinnah Avenue Commercial.

The latest update, however, does not provide a confirmed possession date, completion percentage or final handover schedule. Therefore, “possession soon” should currently be treated as a developer-issued expectation rather than a formally dated handover. LDA’s official approved-schemes database lists Al-Kabir Town as an approved housing scheme, but the public entry reviewed does not separately confirm a possession date or building-specific approval for Jinnah Apartments.
