Multan traffic wardens receive heat safety support

Ali Raza Wajid : Multan: In view of rising heat, CTO Multan Muhammad Nabeel distributed umbrellas and water bottles among traffic wardens at different duty points across the city. Traffic Officer Circle Qaddafi Mazhar-ul-Islam was also present during the visit. The CTO directed traffic staff to use umbrellas and round caps while performing duty to protect themselves from extreme weather conditions. This step matters because traffic wardens work directly on roads for long hours and their health protection is essential for smooth traffic management. Better field support can improve duty performance, road discipline, public service delivery, and urban mobility. It also supports business movement and daily commuting across commercial areas. Can such heat safety measures improve traffic operations during summer?
