Lahore: Director General Lahore Development Authority Tahir Farooq visited different points on Jail Road and Ferozepur Road to review ongoing development works being carried out under Lahore’s urban regeneration programme. During the inspection, the LDA chief reviewed road-improvement activity, public-space upgrades and related infrastructure works. He also inspected beautification work at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Underpass, where improvement and rehabilitation activities are underway. Recent LDA-linked reporting confirms that Ferozepur Road is part of a major urban regeneration programme covering around 15 kilometres on both sides, including façade improvement, footpaths and parking areas. Work at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Underpass has also been included in the wider upgrade plan.
