LDA approves 24-hour executive transfer system for LDA City plots

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has approved a new executive transfer system allowing residential plots in LDA City to be transferred within 24 hours. Under the new system, a transfer fee of Rs15,000 per marla will be charged. Officials said the process will include fee payment, verification, biometric confirmation and NADRA authentication completed on the same day during working hours. Applications submitted before 1 PM will be processed the same day and transfer letters issued immediately, while applications submitted after 1 PM will be processed the next day. Authorities say the new system will speed up property transfers and improve service delivery.
