Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced a public auction of various properties and designated sites across Lahore, scheduled for November 3, 2026. The auction will offer opportunities to acquire lease rights for selected petrol pump, public utility and commercial sites.
According to the announcement, petrol pump sites will be offered for lease to support petroleum-related businesses. The auction will also include public utility sites intended for educational institutions, hospitals, medical centres and other community facilities.
Commercial and other designated properties are also being offered for different business activities. The initiative aims to make available LDA-controlled sites for commercial use and public services through an open bidding process.
Interested participants have been advised to contact LDA’s Directorate of Housing-X (Auction Branch) at 0322-8888460 for site details, auction conditions and participation requirements. However, the complete property list, reserve prices, lease periods and auction venue have not yet been independently verified from the specific November 3 auction booklet.
