LDA announces large-scale plot auction across Lahore’s prime locations

Muhammad Muzamil Awan : Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced a large-scale public auction of commercial and residential plots, offering prime investment opportunities across key areas including Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Bahria Town, Gulberg, and Model Town Extension. Scheduled for May 19, 2026, at Expo Center Lahore, the auction will feature commercial buildings, marquee sites, petrol pump locations, and public utility plots. Officials highlighted transparency, immediate possession, and high return potential as major benefits for investors. Vice Chairman LDA Mian Marghoob Ahmed and DG LDA Tahir Farooq appreciated the initiative, reaffirming LDA’s commitment to facilitating investors and promoting economic growth through structured real estate opportunities.
