Kuwaiti Investors Boost Sharjah Real Estate with Dh1bn Investment

SHARJAH: Real estate investments by Kuwaiti nationals in Sharjah reached Dh1.049 billion in 2025, reflecting growing confidence in the emirate’s stable and investor-friendly property market. Data from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department shows Kuwaiti investors now own 5,660 properties, while trading activity rose sharply with 868 properties traded during the year. The number of Kuwaiti investors increased to 811, marking a 38.2 percent rise compared to 2024. Kuwaiti developers are also actively contributing through 13 development projects. Officials say the surge highlights strong UAE–Kuwait economic ties and Sharjah’s appeal due to modern infrastructure, flexible regulations, and long-term development vision.
