Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) have added key civic services to the PAK App, allowing residents and businesses to pay property tax and water bills digitally instead of relying only on government counters. Users can also submit applications and documents online, track application status and make eligible payments through digital channels. The system will maintain electronic records of applications, approvals and payments and will also support complaint registration and tracking where available. The official PAK App is developed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) and uses Pak ID-based sign-in and supports digital payments through Raast.
